TITROLINE 7800 AUTOMATED TITRATOR

undefined
New at YSI, the TitroLine series of automated titrators is ideal for food and beverage applications, featuring IDS® sensor recognition and analog input of pH, ORP and DO for regular coulometric, potentiometric and Karl Fischer titrations.

FLOW SOLUTION 3700

The possibility of nitrate and nitrite being introduced to milk and milk products during processing, makes testing for these contaminants crucial from a QA/QC standpoint and for reporting values for exported products. OI Analytical’s Flow Solution 3700 automates this labor-intensive chemistry and provides significantly higher sample throughput with the ease of its intuitive, plug-and-play design.

5383 PFPD GC DETECTOR

undefinedThis highly-sensitive pulsed flame photometric detector selectively detects trace levels of sulfur that could potentially cause undesireable odors and tastes in edible oils, flavors and fragrances. The 5383 PFPD features easy-to-use software, and has a modular design for flexibility.

5360 XSD HALOGEN SPECIFIC DETECTOR

5360 XSD™ (Halogen Specific Detector)Key to food safety, OI Analytical’s 5360 XSD™, offers selective detection of halogenated compounds such as chlorinated pesticides, chlorinated and non-chlorinated volatile organic compounds (VOCs), herbicides and PCBs.

RFM340-T REFRACTOMETER

undefinedThe RFM340-T has a full color 7" high definition touchscreen and Peltier temperature control for measurements up to 6 decimal places RI. This robust and simple-to-operate refractometer offers a wide refractive index range with Methods system facilitating operation in accordance with Pharmacopeia, ISO 22241-2 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

ADP450 POLARIMETER

The ADP450 Polarimeter has patented XPC technology, up to 3.0 OD measurement, tube lengths up to 200 mm, and features a high definition 4" full-color display. It is compliant with US/EP/BP/JP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and offers a METHODS system allowing quick instrument configuration.

DATA LOGGERS & THERMOMETERS

Look no further than Xylem for robust wireless data loggers and thermometers, ideal for food applications.

DUMATHERM N PRO

undefinedThe new DUMATHERM N PRO accurately and rapidly analyzes nitrogen according to the Dumas method. Combustion and analysis for extremely low nitrogen content can be performed in only 3 minutes! The DUMATHERM can be utilized for the analysis of nearly all sample matrices, including liquid, and it boasts low operating and maintenance costs.

VAPODEST 500

undefinedThe new VAPODEST 500 analyzes nitrogen according to Kjeldahl. It is ideal for the steam distillation of volatile acids, sulfur dioxide, TVB-N, ammonium, formaldehyde, phenol, alcohol, vicinal diketones, and hydrogen cyanide. Simultaneous distillation and automated titration yield high sample throughput.

SOXTHERM

undefinedThe SOXTHERM is a rapid extraction system for fat determination with the ability to process up to 24 different samples simultaneously. Full automation supports a safe working environment, while increasing throughput and decreasing error. The SOXTHERM is ideal for food products and feedstuffs.

ECLIPSE 4760 PURGE & TRAP

undefinedThe Eclipse 4760 provides accurate, reliable VOC analysis. This purge and trap system can process up to 100 samples when working in conjunction with the 4100 autosampler, and is ideal for flavors and fragrances.

MULTILAB BENCHTOP LINE

undefinedYSI’s MultiLab is an easy-to-use benchtop instrument measuring up to 25 different parameters and simultaneously connecting to up to three sensors, increasing sample throughput. Wireless sensors for pH, FDO, conductivity and ORP, allow operators freedom to move around the lab.

2500 BIOCHEMISTRY ANALYZER

undefinedControlling near real-time measurement of key ingredients or unwanted byproducts during processing is essential to food quality and safety. Traditional methods such as HPLC and GC/MS require expert operators, high maintenance and lengthy analysis time. YSI’s 2500 Biochemistry Analyzer makes it practical to measure glucose and lactate, providing an accurate result in about one minute with little or no sample prep. This model is a cost-effective alternative to the 2900D Analyzer, which also analyzes sucrose, ethanol and a number of other analytes.

Who is Xylem?

The laboratory brands of Xylem have a long and distinguished history of pioneering innovation, including the introduction of the world’s first portable refractometer (1935), the invention of the glass electrode in 1936, the first commercial heart-lung machine (1956), the introduction of PC-controlled titration (1988), and the development of a Total Organic Carbon Analyzer for the International Space Station (2008). These instruments and many more were developed with a focus on providing solutions that would not only benefit our customers, but our communities, as well.

As scientists and engineers, we understand the importance of knowing the instrumentation we sell is supported by a team of experts. We are passionate about discovering new ways to help laboratories overcome the challenges they face in their analyses, and we are committed to ensuring that our technologies, expertise, and support start with the laboratory community in mind.
