The Ideal System For GPC Cleanup – Now With Septum Piercing Option and Higher Collection Capacity!

Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) is a highly effective post-extraction cleanup method for removing high molecular weight interferences such as lipids, proteins and pigments prior to analysis by GC, GC/MS, HPLC and LC/MS. It is ideal for the cleanup of matrices such as fatty foods, oils, plant or animal tissue, soil and sediment and wastewater prior to analysis. The use of GPC greatly reduces instrument downtime, extends column life and increases analytical precision and accuracy.

The GPC AutoPrep 2000 fully automates the GPC cleanup process. It features an autosampler for both injecting sample extracts and collecting cleaned fractions into a variety of collection vessels. A septum-piercing option is available to prevent sample extract contamination and/or evaporation. The system features an easy-to-use Windowsä-based software with extensive quality monitoring features.
